The MeddiQuest European Union Authorized Representative (EUAR) service is designed not just to provide our customers with the legal minimum requirements, but a full service to help them enter the European Single Market. These are designed as series of options which can be customized to suit your particular requirements.

MeddiQuest's basic EUAR Services are:

• Base EUAR Service

EUAR Company Service: is based on MeddiQuest Limited setting up a private limited company within England, 100% owned by you, but managed on a day to day basis by MeddiQuest Limited.

This company becomes your European Union Authorized Representative and as such the name to appear on your labeling is the name of this company, for example: YourCompanyName (Europe) Limited. This company provides a legal entity within the European Union, giving a simple mechanism for direct sales and marketing activities, service and support activities, and access to governmental international trade assistance.

The service is designed to have the flexibility to cover any additional requirements as and when they arise.

Base EUAR Service: is where MeddiQuest Limited will fulfill the role of European Union Authorized Representative, EURA, for our customer's products distributed by others within the EU.

MeddiQuest Limited will also provide additional services to support our customer Corporation’s activities in Europe.
